VOIP Recording

Integrated as a module in our Reporting and Recording Solution for managed IP PBX, or deployed as a standalone solution, our VoIP Recording solution allows for the recording of SIP-based calls, either passively or actively through the SIPREC protocol.

Offered as a value-added service to Enterprises and smaller Call Centers for regulatory compliance and quality management purposes, the solution offers extension based granular provisioning and GUI based access to recorded calls.

Optionally, the Speech Analytics module can be used to transcribe the recorded audio to digital text, to analyze customer-agent interactions in call centers based on its Speech-To-Text and “emotion detection” technologies, to reveal important insights by applying data mining methods.
